Here is a video of me doing Yilu. This video was taken at the end of a Friday night class, toward the end of a 2 week full-time training session with Chen Zhonghua. I learnt alot of material during that time, and I really feel like it will take time for me to digest everything and for the changes to start showing in my movements.
