Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings, from January 26 to April 6.

Location: St. Thomas University, O'Keefe Centre (register on site)

 

  • Shaolin Kung Fu: 6-7:30 pm
  • Chen Style Tai Chi: 7:30-9 pm

Price: $30 for the semester.

Welcome to PracticalMethod.net, the new location of my Chen Style Practical Method website. You will also find information about classes I teach in the Fredericton, NB area, as well as events I am involved with.

I will be writing about my experience learning, researching and teaching the Practical Method of Grandmaster Hong Junsheng as I learn it from my teacher, Kee Hong and his teacher, Chen Zhonghua.
